TRAINING 2010

Our regular training runs are on Thursday nights unless otherwise stated. Meet at St Johns hall opposite the Wheatsheaf pub 6.20pm for 6.30 start. ( Every week Shaun will email details of the weeks training and what we'll be up to)

The summer is here and now we can make the most of the amazing countryside to train. Our sessions will be varied with plenty of hill and speed work as well as some evening runs around the footpaths and lanes.

We now hold a circuits class for members only at Cusop Village Hall Tuesdays 7pm. Organised by Tim £2 per session. A really good complimentary workout for runners with some corework. Resuming in the Autumn.


On long runs will the front runners please loop back to the last runner...you'll get a longer run!
