Autumn is definitely in the air in West Wales and something else was in the air this morning. Martin Carter at the Hay Riverside Run! There had to be something up as this is not his usual distance. Sure enough he is recce-ing for the club champ run on the same course next Thursday. Good turn out this morning. Congrats to Martin and Matt and Jill on their PB’s.
