Hay Riverside 5K

Once upon a time there was a lovely 5k park type run next to the beautiful River Wye. This has now been replaced by the Hay Park Run. 

Where?  Under the Hay Bridge (the end on the town side). Here's the map.
What time? Every Saturday morning, rain or shine, show, hail or thunder. Be there at 8.50 for a 9am start.
Who? Genuinely all ages and abilities welcomed: Run, walk or crawl, race it or dawdle, for a bit of fun or because you need the exercise.
Results will be posted here usually by the end of Sunday below for a bit of fun.
